We ship TheraTappers using Royal Mail with tracking, to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. Most of the time, TheraTappers will be mailed within 2-3 working days after receiving the order.

  • If you reside in the UK, you have a legal right to return your purchase(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • If you decide to return your TheraTapper™ it within 14 days of receiving it, you must contact us for a return authorisation number and return shipping address.
  • You must mail it back to us with tracking. Be sure to include in the package the control box, two wires, two pulsers, and a zippered bag. If returning the PLUS unit, you will also need to return the headphones.
  • Once we receive your package, we’ll verify its condition. If it’s in perfect condition, we’ll issue a refund for the TheraTapper only, not the return shipping charges. If anything is missing or damaged, a restocking fee will be charged.
  • Most TheraTapper™ problems can be diagnosed and fixed by the owner. If you’re having a problem, click here for a list of trouble shooting suggestions.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the control box and pulsers for one year after purchase. The replaceable wires are not warrantied.
  • If you suspect your TheraTapper needs a warranty repair, you must contact us for a return authorisation number before returning it.

Six-Foot Long Replaceable Wires

Never again send your tactile stimulation device in for repair when a wire breaks. When a wire wears out, just unplug it from the control box and pulsers, and replace it! Your TheraTapper™ kit comes with a spare wire set.

Easy-Grip Pulsers

2.4″ x 1.25″ x 0.6″ oval pulsers fit nicely into hands.

Blinking LEDs

Provide real-time visual feedback about pulse length and rate.

Adjustable Length Dial

Controls the length of each pulse. The longer the pulse, the slower the speed. The shorter the pulse, the faster the speed.

Adjustable Intensity Dial

Controls the intensity of each pulse.

Adjustable Pause Dial

Controls the length of the pause between pulses. The no-pause setting is the fastest. Lengthening the pause also slows the speed.

Uses Long-Lasting AA Batteries

Get over 100 hours of tapping on one pair of AA alkaline batteries or use rechargeable batteries.

Ready to Use

Each TheraTapper™ includes a spare wire set and a vinyl zipper pouch. Batteries are included, so all you need to do is connect the wires and turn it on.

PLUS Model: Alternating Adjustable Tones

Simple turn of the dial adjusts the pitch of the tones.

PLUS Model: Headphones with Long Cables

Our headphones have extra long cables so client and therapist can sit at a comfortable distance, or you may plug in your favorite headphones.
