I attest that:

I am currently working with children/adolescents under the age of 18 and/or adults who are developmentally young.

I have at least 1 year of experience (or part time equivalent) treating children/adolescents.

I have provided EMDR treatment with a minimum of 2 clients (of any age), to at least Phase 4 (desensitization).

I will attend this Level 1 training in full, as required by EMDR Europe.

I will not audio or video record any part of the training without permission from Susan Darker-Smith.
