An Attachment Narrative is a story which can be focused on:

When working with neurodivergent clients, we should (please tick all those that apply)

When working with victims of sexual exploitation and grooming, we need to be aware of the following factors:

Clients may have a trauma bond (attachment) to the perpetrator and behave in protective ways towards them

Depending on where the cycle is broken, victims of grooming may not realise they are being groomed

The client may be making up allegations

The Client may have attachment wounds that need addressing first

Shame and humiliation may block disclosure of abuse
