This is a £33 (excl. VAT – £39.60 inclusive of VAT) administrative fee for where a trainee needs to move their training booking with less than 3 weeks notice (21 days or less) before the commencement date of the training.

Please note : requests to cancel or move training dates with 22 or more days notice will not be charged an admin. fee and can be rescheduled at no cost to the customer.
